Supervisor/Assistant Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Human Capital to initiate, ensure and monitor all development activities including the process of recruitment, people development, trainings/certifications, talent management, performance management are taken care and are diligently and appropriately executed in Panin Life.
- Initiate and support all activities to boost internal campaign of Panin Life “WE LEAP” values and improve Employee Engagement and provide continous improvements in all Human Capital – Development aspects.
- Invole actively in Organization Development, Position Evaluations and other assessments required upon people and organization to ensure critical positions are in-place and available to support Company’s vision and mission.
- Liaise with Human Capital – Compensation & Benefit and Serices area in relevant aspect as needed.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 graduate from reputable universities
- Min. 3 years working experience, preferably in relevant HR areas
- Good command in English and strong Microsoft Office
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with high analytical thinking
- Possess strong capability to work as a team with target oriented culture
- Positive attitude and excellent integrity with high commitment to perform and deliver results
