offices matter and whole human resources in the group, around 400
employees in Jakarta
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same positions
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in Personnel Recruitment, Development and Training
- Strong knowledge of the organization structure and job descriptions
- Proficient in Personnel Assessment Tools
