Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading management consulting firms, which is seeking a professional to fill the position of Human Resources Consultant (Manager Level), which is part of the Talent and Performance Management Service Line. The winning candidate will be engaged in providing integrated strategies, methods, tools and resources that help businesses and government achieve high performance by transforming the performance of the client’s people.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Understand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client
  • Change Strategy
  • Organization change enablement
  • Create and utilize methods, estimators, and frameworks that integrate tightly with the broader project
  • Plan and drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement
  • Re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical business imperatives and specific objectives
  • Plan and manage the workforce transition from internally managed operations to outsourced operations
  • Identify and shape opportunities to provide or create additional client value
  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers across client organization
  • Serve as a People Developer - perform the role of counselor/coach for Accenture employees, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in recruitment and retention activities


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (min.)
  • Five years’ experience in change management, job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication plans, training/performance support, organizational readiness or transition to outsourcing
  • Minimum of three years consulting experience and two years project management experience
  • Skills and experience in other related Change Management offerings such as Enabling System and Process Change, specifically, hands-on experience with implementing large-scale ERP
  • Consulting sales experience -- ideally involved in proposal development and client presentations
  • Some background in individual and/or organizational psychology
  • Experience working with offshore and third-party vendors
  • Experience with global or multi-national projects
  • Skills and experiences in other related Talent & Organization Performance areas such as Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Human Resource Transformation
  • Experience in using work planning, process mapping, training development, or web-page development applications
  • Ability to meet travel requirements
