Responsibilities:
- Working on and manage IP legal matters
- Namely audit Facebook fanpages for compliance, including drafting the required client/Agency actions, drafting/conveying opinion/reports to clients and Agency, both in writing and/or verbal manner, conduct Searches/Reviewing Searches, Results Report, and other various contentious and non-contentious works related to the IP legal matters.
Requirements:
- Min.Bachelor Degree in Law, from reputable university with minimum GPA3.0 (Scale 4).
- Have experience as Legal Assistant/ Legal Officer/ Associate Lawyer for minimum 2-5 years.
- Have previous experience as a IP Paralegal / IP Lawyer at Intellectual Property Consultant. This is more preferable but not indispensable.
- Be hard working, well versed in handling administration, able to multitask and be able to stay longer than the standard set office hours whenever necessary in order to professionally complete the deadline and/or theneeds/requirements of the Agency¹s client.
- Have strong command and communication skills in the English language both oral and written is a must, as well as be able to communicate oral and in written with the respective legal terminology in English is a must.
