Based in our Headquarter - Jakarta
Main responsibility:
- The Medical Doctor, specialist in OH or OS&H (MKK, MKKK), will be our future Quality Assurance & Clinic Coordinator is in charge of monitoring quality of services delivered onsite by our medical teams and of the proper implementation of new medical programs.
Brief Scope of Work:
- Liaising with onsite medical personnel and providing any medical support
- Collecting and analyzing medical data from all existing sites
- Implementing corrective measures / new programs when necessary
- Collecting and implementing all referral documents
- Enforcing medical SOP and safety procedures
- Ensuring quality of delivered services
- Designing / implementing Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP)
- Doing / participating in any onsite clinic visits and audits
- Leading role in implementation of OHSAS 18000 certification
- Enforcing onsite compliance of OH&S standards
Requirement:
- Graduate from Faculty of Medicine not sooner than 2008
- Master in Occupational Health or Occupational Safety Health (MKKK o MKK) minimum year 2009
- Possess valid ACLS, ATLS and HIPERKES
- 1.5 years experience as an onsite doctor in oil, gas or mining
- 1 year experience as a QA & Clinic Coordinator is an advantage
- Having done PTT is an advantage
- Analytical Thinking, Information Seeking
- Having valid STR
- Taking the Initiative
- Teamwork
- Computer literate
- Good command in English
