Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates daily kitchen tasks
- Manages operational flow, including order, stock and inventory
- Develops and creates menus and standard recipes with costing knowledge
- Develops and creates SOP for kitchen workflow
- Quality control on products and services
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old with pleasant personality
- Min D3 Pariwisata, majoring in Food & Beverage
- Min of 3 years experience as Chef
- Good menu knowledge, able to manage cost control, good knowledge on hygiene and security standards for the whole kitchen
- Ability to delegate responsibility, pay attention to detail, handles multiple tasks and shows a high level of patience
- Possesses strong leadership with ability to work as a team
- Passionate, creative and an excellent hand on trainer
- Hardworking, highly motivated & disciplined, have a commitment & passion
