Lowongan SENIOR I.T. OFFICER (WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years I.T. experience in managing Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to analyze and implement the company's WMS system (Exceed 3.9).
- Ability to understand customer requirements, provide on-going customer support, provide pre-sales/post-sales support etc.
- Experience in building and managing project plans and managing IT project teams.
- Very good inter-personal skills.
- Good written and oral knowledge of the English Language.
- Willingness to work long hours when required, in order to meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to warehouse sites at very short notice to manage WMS project implementation and support.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and related business processes.
- Very good capability in MS SQL & Crystal Reporting.
- Experience in RF scanning and barcoding.
- Experience in EDI, Citrix, XML, FTP etc. to support interfacing with customer systems.
- Knowledge of Visual and .Net programming in order to be able to manage programming team in system customization/enhancements, where required.
- Experience in Exceed 3.9 WMS will be an added advantage.
- Very good capability in creating and maintaining project documentation.
