Requirements :
- Candidate must possesses Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology/Law/HR Management from a reputable university
- Min 10 years experience as Manager HRD
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Able to understand Mandarin
- Computer Literate
- Familiar With Human Resource Information System
- Good Working Attitude & Positive Thinking
- Able to take responsibility& dynamic to cost efficiency
- Pro-active attitude & Active learner is a MUST
- Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
- Be willing to take initiative and work under pressure with a variety of people and organization
- Good & Strong leadership profile, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent supervisory, coordination & analytical skills
- Organized person with strong commitment to work meticulously and able to work past and willing to travel
