Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be willing to work in Bali
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in a 5 star hotel
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications,
  • familiarity with the internet and social media
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and lead teams
  • Understand current business climate and career trends


Key Responsibility
  • To collaborate and consult with Division Heads on strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet business objectives through the acquisition of talent.
  • To provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers.
  • To create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the Company’s goals and objectives.
  • To develop and deliver a plan to attract and retain talented candidates.
  • To anticipate and stay abreast of  current market practices and trends and their effects on talent acquisition and retention.
  • To prepare job descriptions and job requirements, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertise.
  • To  design application forms and prepare recruitment materials.
  • To devise and implement selection processes, screen application forms, shortlist applicants, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires.
  • To  employ  various  tools in recruitment  such as social networking, external agencies,  job centres, recruitment agencies, job fairs, presentations).
  • To develop plans and manage the deployment/relocation of  staff to other department or other job or other business unit due to restructuring or expansion of  the organization.
  • To keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure managers are briefed on any changes where appropriate.
  • To manage time and performance by documenting/tracking of  daily/monthly recruitment status.
