Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting all daily activities including report of asphalt sounding, reports for the use of solar for operational depot, reports on the use of spare parts in depot that has to be done every day with the operational staff
- Responsible for arranging delivery trucks and maintenance of trucks in Depot
- Responsible for the work discipline of all employees at Depot according to the company regulation
- Responsible for maintaining and making improvements plan for all assets at Depot such as depot equipments, tanks, pipelines, trucks and office
- Providing and conducting training system/ method of operational Depot implementation
- Responsible for creating delivery budget (transportation), repairs, and maintenance depot every month
- Doing coordination with relevant agencies related to the making and extension of company documents license such as: Manpower Obligation Report, Domicile Certificate of the Company etc.
- Doing evaluation and assessment of Depot Staff Performance
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, age min 28 years old
- At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
- Having working experience at least 3+ years in oil and gas operations
- Having good analytical thinking and solving problem
- Having good communication skill
- Ability to coordinate a team
- Have a passion to learn new things and take new challenges
- Willing to be placed in Medan
