JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Primarily is accountable for maintaining the financial, administrative and accounting services of an organization.
- To prepare financial statements, budget estimation all departments and maintain cash reins.
- To administer financial system, so as to ensure that finances are sustained in a timely and accurate manner
- To preserve the accounts receivable and accounts payable systems, so as to guarantee accurate and entire records of each monetary transaction. Involves, assure and conserve funds, conciliate accounts payable, put in order journal sum-ups, conciliate accounts receivables, and issue receipts
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Minimal educational background is Diploma/Associate Degree in Accounting
- Having minimal 2 year experience in the same field as the Finance & Accounting Staff
- Detail oriented, organized and having a "Service Excellence" attitude
- Willing to be placed in Bali / Jakarta.
