- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): • good knowledge in regional labor law & jamsostek, • good interpersonal & pro-active & result oriented, • good communication & negotiation skill, • able to facilitate industrial relationship: worker & spsi & company, • good administration skill & hr filling system, • Able to handle fast recruitment processes.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Majalengka.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
