Persyaratan:
- A master degree in Law/Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LNG/EPC Project shipping business, sale and transfer of shares as well as drafting a Shareholders' Agreement;
- Have strong knowledge regarding terms, conditions and legal aspects of a business contract;
- Have demonstrated ability to advise and assist the Company on the development of detailed Agreements which are involved in this Project;
- Have strong management and inter-personal skills such as to develop good relations with Company's staff at all levels as well as others involved with the Project;
- Have excellent legal drafting skills in the English language and logical skills;
- Have excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
- Performing activities related to deal negotiations.
