Lowongan Client Services Manager

Tanggung Jawab:
Reporting to the APAC Business Development Director, you as the Client Services Manager will be accountable for the development of key accounts and for ensuring that clients are aware of and understand the full range of services offered by the company. You have to be able to manage and maintain strong relationships with senior officers. You should have a strong understanding of contracted terms and service levels. You will also be responsible for the overall financial performance of key accounts.

Persyaratan:
- You should be able to work with a team and it is a must that you lead by example.
- Able to make competent decisions and solve problems based on knowledge relevant to position.
- It is a must for you to be able to effectively communicate in both oral and written manner.
- Strategic and flexible are essential characteristics to be successful in this role.
- Experience in the same field will be an advantage.
