1) Customer Business Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support airline business in Indonesia and lead the commerical and service/support activities for assigned customers
- Be the primary contact for identifying and leading growth activity with assigned customers
- Ensure that overall customer support for all products and service offerings meets Company and customer standards
- Responsible for meeting other financial metrics with assigned customers
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace industry
- MBA desired
- Good customer knowledge
- Good product knowledge for both Avionics and Mechanical Commerical Transport products
- Ability to manage multiple projects on time, report out on action status and provide clear verbal and written customer status
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
2) Strategy Marketing Leader, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual strategic and operating plans
- Provide support and leadership in strategic analysis, etc
- Develop additional business opportunities through new platforms
- Provide strategic insight and financial assessments of potential growth and M&A opportunities
Requirements:
- MBA preferred. Engineering background preferred but not required
- Experience developing and designing implementation plans to drive execution. M&A/strategic alliance background and deal negotiation experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and significant influence management abilities
- English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is required
- In-depth understanding of both western business practices/organizational dynamics and Indonesia business practices, culture societal dynamics
- Experience working with Indonesia Government entities and companies is strongly preferred.
