Key Accountabilities:
- Acquire new sales and achieve sales target
- Servicing existing customers
- Deliver sales winning product demonstrations (must be equipped with the technical knowledge and total comprehension of UNIT4 products and services)
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales (HRIS and ERP preferred)
- Preferably holds a degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good communication skills – to be able to comprehend the needs and requirements of customers and to propose the most appropriate solution after discussion with internal functions such as R&D, Implementation team etc.
- Good presenter and be comfortable for various levels of engagements (one-to-one, large group and C-level etc.). An excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiator at various organizational levels
- Meticulous , Highly Committed and Disciplined
- Strong follow-up skills
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Enjoy meeting people and networking
- Able to independently handle sales administrative matters e.g.
- Take sales inquiries and fixing appointment for Product Demos
- Prepare quotations, business proposals, sales agreements and service agreements
- Follow-up with potential clients
- Co-ordinate with hardware partners (internal / external) for hardware repair, installation and commissioning; Liaison with vendors/suppliers
- Process sales orders
- Monitor payments
- Track sales performances and department KPIs
- Create and Update customer database
- Prepare sales kits
- Liaison with customers
- Ensure sales documentation and filing is complete according to ISO 9001:2008 standards
