A large multinational property developer are currently looking to appoint a senior Planning Director into their Jakarta operations. The firm have a large portfolio of major mixed-use development schemes underway across Indonesia Experience in leading large scale residential development projects together strong master planning and or urban design experience - likely an Architect or Planner by professional training. They have a longstanding 30 year track-record as one of the country's top property development companies. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the regions largest flagship projects.
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Town Planner, Masterplanner, Architect with Planning experience
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate, Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available, based in Indonesia.
