Responsibilities:
- Design and development of new functionality and modifications to existing functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions to specification
- Develop and customize reports within the Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions
- Test and QA developments
- Provides pre and post sales support as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of service estimates and project plans
- May assist in providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions at client sites.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet client's requirements and objectives.
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or Tectura
Requirements:
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Have at least 2 years of technical software experience
- Knowledge of the MS Dynamics AX Solutions and strong programming skills are preferred.
- Strong dot net programming experience is required
- Overseas technical support experience is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Be able to advise companies and analyze their business requirements
- Be customer focused and results oriented
- Be a good communicator
