Tanggung Jawab:
- Responsible for the overall management and execution of the ground services to aircrafts - these duties include the planning and overseeing of the into-plane fueling operations, fuel storage and distribution system, equipment maintenance, and overall supervision of all FBO related ramp and terminal activity.
- Monitor and direct the location's operations, maintenance, accounting and purchasing activities.
- Act as the primary interface with the management team for the airlines, Airport Authorities, City Department of Aviation, or any other customers at the local and corporate levels.
- Ensures the safe maneuvering of aircrafts on the apron through staff training, operating instructions, manpower planning and the management of a disciplined approach to all aircraft and equipment movements which are critical on the restricted area of the ramp, and safety operational procedures pertinent in the event of adverse weather conditions, aerodrome or operational incidents or other disruptions.
- Assist the corporate Flight Operations and HR department with preparing and execution of SOP of the FBO operations and labor/manpower plans and strategies.
- Involves in the development and management of budgets which are approved by senior management.
- Responsible for the maintenance and updating of the company's Federal, State, Local and airport operating licenses, compliances, environmental plans, as well as the company's overall safety training and OSHA programs.
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- More than 10 years of working experience in aviation industry in managing FBO or corporate airline flight operations management.
- Familiar with the general aviation industry, aviation operational considerations, corporate aircraft, and the airport management industry.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Phnom Penh.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
