- Graduated Bachelor Degree major Law, Psychology, Management or relevant major with Human Resources.
- Having experience minimum 3 years as Human Resource Manager at Manufacturing Industry.
- Having ability good leadership, good communication skill,good empowerment for manage.
- Knowledge Human Resource Policies, employment compliance to regulatory concerns and labour regulation of state, reporting Industrial Relation and Government Relation.
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang Plant
- Good Performance skill, good team work, good under pressure, good communication skill.
- Having ability Computer skill, and English spoken and written.
