Responsibilities include establishing
restaurant business plans, meeting financial objectives & controls,
surveying restaurant demand,
attracting patrons & maintaining
guest satisfaction, evaluating, analyzing, monitoring operational processes and taking corrective actions,
motivating and managing human resource.
If you’re up for the challenge, with 5 years in similar capacity at F&B is a definite plus. Strong leadership and analytical skill with written and verbal communication skills in English would be advantages.
