Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in hotel & food educational background
- Min. 5 years experience in similar position
- Dynamic personality with excellent leadership and organization skills
- Knowledge / experience in areas of purchasing / accounting will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work long hours
- Sound knowledge in commonly used personality & communication skills.
- Fluent in English oral and written
- Computer Literate
- Must be physically fit & have a high regard for a personal appearance & hygiene.
