- Male or female, with age max 40 years old
- Graduated from SI, majoring Management / Law / Psychology
- Min 5 years experience in HRD / GA jobs, specialized in structure/ motivation program / legal issues/ high management skills/ knowing local government regulation.
- Good in English both oral and written
- Computer literate: Ms Word, Excel, Power Point
- Able to work independent, Proactive, energetic, attention to detail, time management, work to deadline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
