Qualification:
- Male/ Female, around 35-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law / Management
- Excellent knowledge and experience in HR Procedures, processes & administration, Indonesian Labour Laws & Regulation, Recruitment & Training, and HRIS
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager
- Fluent in English both written and oral is advantage
- Computer literate (Microsoft-Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong leadership and self motivate to achieve goals set by Management
