Responsible for all
recruitment process such as:
- Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet
- Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database
- Conducting psychological test
- Organize for jobs assessment center
- Making Manpower Planning for company development
- Interviewing qualified candidates
- Reporting to end – user regarding to recruitment process
- Setting interview schedule with end user
- Confirm to end for the new hire employee
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
preferably from
- Having experience in recruitment field (less than 3 year)
- Familiar with psychological tools
- Good analytical and communication skill
- Having pleasant personality
- Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
- Creative, high initiative and fast learner
- Familiar with computer (Windows and internet)
