• Min. D3 degree in any major, preferably in hospitality management.
• Having minimum of 3 years experience in Managerial Level especially in business such as food and beverage / hospitality industry
• Target and Customer Satisfaction Oriented
• Able to communicate with many respectful parties.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent Marketing and business development skills
• Familiar with Balance score card
• Mastering in marketing operational.
• Having experience in food industry, (prefer in Bakery)
• Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Strong leadership, decision making, and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work and perform under pressure.
• Willing to placed at Sumatera
