Requirements: 

·         Male with age <29.

·         Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.

·         Min. 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Having knowledge about the recruitment and selection, interviewing, mastering tools and interpretation of psychological tests, and personnel.

·         Having knowledge of balanced scorecard, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.

·         Understand about making systems and procedures.

·         Can handle work pressure, work with minimal supervision, ability, and initiative.

·         Able to speak English.

·         Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office & Visio).

·         Willing to be placed in Dawuan (Cikampek).
