Tanggung Jawab:
- Creating training materials
- Providing topical educational training modules using both theoretical and practical methods
- Conducting product training to small scale and large scale audience within working hours and/or as requested
- Building Amway distributors confidence in which they can professionally recommend and promote Amway products and business
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Nutrition / Public Health / Health Science.
- Male/Female looking healthy & attractive, max 30 years old.
- Required skills: Training Presentation, Training, Communication Skills, Presentations and Demonstrations, Relationship Building.
- At least 1 year of working experience preferable Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) as a Nutritionist/Dietician/Nutrition Consultant (fresh gradutes are welcome to apply)
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
Key Criteria:
- Mobility is vital (high level of traveling)
- Must have influencing skills
- Mature, Confident, Independent
- Good command of English
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office is a must
- Fresh graduates will be considered, need to display strong positive characteristics and responsibility towards organizations in college or extracurricular activities
- Needs to have the right outgoing personality and attitude for this position
