Requirements:
- Male / Female max. 45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Most likely from Law school majoring in Civil.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent with minimal experience 2 years
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing if placed in plants such as Jatake & Balaraja.
Required skill(s) :
- Master payroll system & remuneration,
- Can operate Microsoft Office & Internet,
- Having Good Communication Skill with people.
- Have a good knowledge about Labor's Laws
