Requirements :
- Male/Female, max. 40 years old
- 7 – 8 years experience in corporate law for Junior Manager, and 9 – 10 years experience for Senior Manager
- Knowledgeable in capital market, merger and acquisition, and loan documentations
- Experienced in Law Firm is preferable
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking, proactive, team-work spirit, self-motivated and having good business sense
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
