RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involvement in Residential/Commercial Projects.
- Monitor project progress and management of variations
- Able to perform under stress and deliver on time.
- Great leadership quality
- Able to participate in Team work
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Experienced in designing and calculation for ACMV, P&S, Fire Protection System of building projects
- Experienced in coordination with consultants for building projects
- Knowledge of Mechanical Design Codes (Singapore CP, BS and NFPA) is essential
- Knowledge of BCA Green Mark (Singapore) and LEED (United States)
- Well-versed in Cooling Load Calculation Program of E-20, MS Office and the latest version of Autocad
- Status as a Qualified Person (QP)preferred or completing QPs examination
