Requirement:
- Promote and sell Programs to direct clients and advertising agencies.
- Set annual sales target.
- Generate sales by optimizing ad space in all programs.
- Prepare Program costing, coordinating and negotiation on pricing.
- Involve in program development together with Creative and Production team.
- Salary can reach IDR 15.000.000 (depends on qualification) including sales commission
Qualification:
- University graduate.
- Five years experience as an Account Director in Advertising Agency.
- Really know how to sell TV ad space.
- Excellent presentation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, honest and strong salesmanship.
- Problem solving attitude
- Analytical, committed, tactful and proactive.
- Good in managing people and work.
