Job information:
- As a Head Hunter you will be head-hunting candidates for our prestigious client base (multinationals and large Indonesian companies)
- You develop your own client base within one of the four specialized desks (Banking, Technology, Industrial or Consumer Goods)
- You are involved in the complete recruitment process together with your clients
- You will assess each candidate’s suitability through thorough pre-screening, interviewing before proposing them to clients
- You are also involved in negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
- You will build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets
Job Requirements
- Success focused to maximize incentive-based salary and develop rewarding career
- Willing to learn, respects feedback as part of development process
- Preferably direct sales experience with sales attitude
- Lived and or studied abroad
- Effective communicator
- Confident with senior executives of leading Indonesian and multinational companies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
- Bachelor’s degree
