You will be responsible in managing
the team's HR to assist in the achievement of Company's business strategies and
goals, to ensure operation efficiency and service quality
Requirement:
- Bachelor/ post graduate degree holder
- Experience in all function of Human Resources (HR procedure & processes, performance appraisal, compansation & benefits, Indonesia's Labor Law & regulations, Industrial relations, recruitment, coaching & counseling), with at least 5 years in managerial level
- Knowledgeable in Jamsostek and PPh 21
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good analytical skill, Innovative, communicative, has good personality with strong team leadership
- Excellent managerial and presentation skill
- High achievers
- Good in operating MS-Office
