- Min. D3 degree in any major, preferably in hospitality management.
- Having minimum of 3 years experience in Managerial Level especially in business such as food and beverage / hospitality industry
- Target and Customer Satisfaction Oriented
- Able to communicate with many respectful parties.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Marketing and business development skills
- Familiar with Balance score card
- Mastering in marketing operational.
- Having experience in food industry, (prefer in Bakery)
- Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong leadership, decision making, and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work and perform under pressure.
- Willing to placed at Sumatera
