We are currently working with one of
the leading banks in Indonesia. They are currently expanding and looking for
the best talent to fill a number of SME Account Officer positions (Assistant
Manager Level) in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. Reporting directly to
the SME Business Manager, the winning candidates will be highly motivated and
aspire to excel in relationship management, particularly the SME sector.

- Developing the business by expanding the client base
- Maintaining existing relationships and maximizing revenue streams by anticipating customer needs and meeting those needs with the appropriate lending products
- Ensure that all compliance/control/credit requirements of the organization are met in the context of customer transactions
- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
- Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (min.) in related field
- Two years’ experience (min.) in relationship management
- Participation in Officer Development Program or Management Trainee program is preferred
- Experience handling SME, Commercial or Corporate clients is preferred
- Good credit knowledge for deal structuring
- Knowledge of lending products, with strong experience in selling those products
- Ability to develop new client base
- A confident candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and career oriented
- Target oriented with ability to achieve the targeted expectations
- Ability to manage information in structured and systematic manner
- Willingness to be placed in any location in Jabodetabek
