Lowongan Training & Development Specialist

Key responsibilities:
  • Identifies training needs in consultation with line management.
  • Prepares training plan including budget calculations.
  • Develop and deliver training modules.
  • Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.
  • May design and implement assessment programs to identify management potential and training needs.
  • May interacts with external training consultants to identify course objectives and content.
  • Makes arrangements for further education and monitors the progress of attendees.
  • Administer and maintain  accurate training records and monitor costs.
  • Support the manager in recruitment and selection for assigned levels.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology or other related fields from reputable universities.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in the area of training and development.
  • Quick learner,  independent, self-starter,  creative, resilient and highly motivated.
  • Good team player and capable to work under pressure to tight deadline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interview and observation skills, and having capability to administer assessment tools will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
