Lowongan Training & Development Specialist
Key
responsibilities:
- Identifies training needs in consultation with line management.
- Prepares training plan including budget calculations.
- Develop and deliver training modules.
- Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.
- May design and implement assessment programs to identify management potential and training needs.
- May interacts with external training consultants to identify course objectives and content.
- Makes arrangements for further education and monitors the progress of attendees.
- Administer and maintain accurate training records and monitor costs.
- Support the manager in recruitment and selection for assigned levels.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology or other related fields from reputable universities.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in the area of training and development.
- Quick learner, independent, self-starter, creative, resilient and highly motivated.
- Good team player and capable to work under pressure to tight deadline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interview and observation skills, and having capability to administer assessment tools will be an advantage.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
