Responsibilities:
- Convert sales opportunities into new sales revenue in accordance with agreed sales targets.
- Sell Tectura’s products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact.
- Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data on a regular basis.
- Conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new business.
- Perform sales demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage and generate responses to RFP/RFI and tenders to coordinate pre-sales resource engagement.
- Develop, maintain and work a contact database including the fostering of relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organisations and attending appropriate networking functions.
Knowledge
and skills:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Enterprise Solution Sales, Presales or Consulting with a desire to develop long term professional sales career in the ERP space
- Preferably with good domain knowledge of Manufacturing and Retail.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
- Well-developed qualification and closing techniques in your current sales environment.
- Experienced in selling at executive management level.
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in formal presentation scenarios.
- Drive, energy and the ability to learn a new product in a new space.
- Passion and commitment to succeed in a competitive market.
- Strong team player and ability to work closely with the Delivery Team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
