- Have experience min. 1 year in the same position
- Willing to be placed at Medan, North Sumatera
- The candidate should speak English, oral & written
- Have good knowledge of working with computer and Microsoft office
Job description:
- Develop and coordinate all Personnel policies, programs and systems
- Track attendance and productivity
- Assist Plant Manager with assessment of performance
- Administer payroll for factory staff
- Ensure proper compliance with all government regulations
- Work with the Department of Manpower to understand and implement all applicable labor laws
- Meet regularly with employees and teams (Coordinate activities such as recognition of anniversary, milestones, to build a positive and loyal workforce)
