description:
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis.
- Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
- Producing training materials for in-house courses
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discuss
- Experience in managing the whole Performance Management Cycle
Qualifications:
- Min. age 25 years old.
- Bachelor degree . Master degree is a plus.
- Min 2 years experiences
- Can make training modules, training evaluation and Training Need Analysis
- Good presentation skill, communication skill, self motivated and energetic
- Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc.)
- Have a great passion to help, inspire & motivate people
- Creative, honest and hard worker.
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Good in English both oral and written
