As Training and Development Manager you will be
responsible to conduct and supervise training and development programs for all
employee at all levels, including preparing Training Need Analysis, Annual Training
Plan, Training Budget, organize and direct a wide range of training activities.
You will also have to conduct Training classes for employees. In this
challenging role you will also support and contribute to find the best talent
to joint our unique and exciting team.
Key Skills/ Qualities:

- University degree from Medical (preferably) and other disciplines
- Having experiences min. 5 years as a trainer
- Have excellent computer skill (MS Office)
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
