Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative services, in order to ensure that services are provided with effective and efficient manner.
- Handling Health Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance administrations.
- Providing necessary items for new hire employees :ID Cards, Access Cards
- Assist and monitor medical claim.
- Administer employee file
Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 with GPA 2.75
- Possesses min 2 year work experience in handling administration, Having experience in handling HR matters would be an advantage. .
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Photoshop, Visio)
- Sufficient English skill, both spoken and written.
- Good correspondence and administrative skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
