- Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree of Psychology/Law/HR
- Management from a reputable university
- Min 10 years experience as HR fields
- Good English, both oral and written
- Familiar With Human Resource Information System and implementation
- Good & Strong leadership profile, good interpersonal & communication skills

- Good attitude & Positive mindset
- Able to take responsibility & control costing for efficiency
- Pro-active & eager to learn
- Creative, self starter, able to work as a team and having a strong integrity
