Role & Responsibly
- To Contractually Administer PRIME Contracts and ensure best possible outcome for PT TIMAS SUPLINDO whilst assisting to meet the Clients deliverable expectations. Participate in meetings and offer Contractual guidance and support to the Project Manager. Liaise with all internal functions and groups with regards to schedule, growth, change, cost and contract procedural requirements. Control and coordination of all contractual correspondence. Coordinate with the Subcontracts Coordinator in applying prime contract conditions on a back to back basis. Administration of Company Insurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with 5 – 10 year experience in the oil & gas construction industry or in a Contract Management role.
- Good communication skills (English written & oral)
- Team Player
- Ability to deal with multi nation cultures.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
- Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
- Computer literate
