- Male / female, max 40 years old for HRDM and max 35 years old for AHRDM
- Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable university with GPA min 3,00, Master Degree is preferably
- Minimum 7 years experiences for HRDM and 3 years experiences for AHRDM in similar position
- Familiar with HR Policies and Procedures
- Having depth knowledge in HR Administration, Organization & People Development and Industrial Relationship
- Has good communication in Bahasa and English both oral and written
- Taft person and can work in under pressure
- Ability to speak Mandarin would be added advantage
- Has good computer skill (Minimum MS Office)
- Has strong leadership and organization skill
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be placed in
