Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in any major, Psychology will be an advantage.
- 12 years experience in human resources areas, with minimum 3 years as Human Resource Manager.
- Experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Strong in leadership, good in communication skills and a team work based person.
- Excellent in competency-based Human Resource concept and implementation, mastering all functions in human resource (hiring, training and development, personnel administrationand employee relations).
