Your function and
responsibilities:
- Responsible for all legal matters within our company
- Counseling of the top Management, the Management and departments in all relevant legal fields: Occupational Health and Safety, Labor law, environmental law, contract law and company law.
- Ensuring that all legal obligations of our company (both In-House and towards the public) are met
- Constant checking of new, relevant government laws and all relevant judicature
- In-depth counselling of the HR-department in labour law
- Conduct legal In-house training
- Set-up of standardized contracts and their continues improvement
- Work closely with all central-functions and the Management
- Reporting directly to local top management
Your
profile:
- Law Degree
- At least 3 – 5 years experience in a law firm, a government agency or as In-house counselor
- Good practical knowledge in the mentioned fields of law
- Ability to counsel and to explain the law to non-lawyers
- Analytical skills
- Ability to deal with employees on all management levels
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good presentation skills
- Must be proficient in English (verbal and writing)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to operate under high pressure environment
