Qualifications:
- Gender: MALE / FEMALE
- Minimum of age: 30 years old
- S1 degree in Psychology / Management from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 2,75
- Has 7 years of working experience in HR field, with at least 3 years in managerial level
- Good exposure in recruitment, training, and good knowledge in Indonesian Labor Law, and other related HR function
- Has good leadership, strong analytical, detail oriented, team building, good communication and negotiation skills
- Have good computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluent in both oral & written English
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
