Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of hardware infrastructure, IT solutions and consulting services. Our client has partnered with major technology companies such as IBM, CISCO, Oracle, and Microsoft to deliver the best-quality services for its valued customers. This company believes that the development of human capital is key in ensuring its customers receive the best possible service. Our respected client is seeking a qualified accountant with at least seven years’ experience as an auditor – preferably with three to four years’ experience at one of the big five auditing companies – to fill the role of Senior Internal Auditor, to be based in Tangerang, Indonesia. It is preferred the candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin and be prepared to travel to China.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement an annual plan of Internal Audit
- Test and evaluate the implementation of Internal Controls and Risk Management Systems in accordance with company policy
- Examination and assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness in finance, accounting, operations, human resources, marketing, information technology and other activities
- Suggest improvements and objective information about the activities being examined at all levels of management
- Create, submit and present audit report in front of Audit Committee
- Monitor, analyze and report on the implementation of follow-up improvements that have been suggested
- Develop programs to evaluate the quality of inter
Job Requirements
- Accounting degree from reputable university
- Male, max 35 years of age
- Seven to 10 years’ experience as Internal Auditor, three to four years’ experience at big five Auditor Company preferred
- Excellent understanding of auditing principles, systems and procedures
- High-achiever
- Detail-oriented
- Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written
- Willing to travel to China
