Requirements:
- A great passion in web development, often dream of best solution for any requested feature
- Very good logical programming skills
- Expert skills in PHP and MySQL. Having knowledge in other platform is an advantage
- Solid Javascript skills (AJAX, JSON, & JS Frameworks jQuery, Prototype, etc)
- Understanding of modern web standards (html/xhtml, css, best practices, etc)
- Familiarity with version control systems
- Experience in developing high-traffic sites is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Love to learn new technologies
